Late 20s professional looking for house share

Hey,

I am 28 years old and looking for a room in a current house share or to buddy up with other professionals. I currently work in Public Health Intelligence in the Public Sector.

I am quite sociable, but also value my alone time as well, so whilst ideally it would be nice to do activities and to make friends with any future flatmates; I am comfortable with any level of familiarity that other flatmates would like as long as we align in other lifestyle aspects like cleanliness etc I also have friends in Leeds

I am quite clean and look after my own / communal things quite well, which I can back up with references from my current landlord

Interests wise I am into a range of things including (but not limited to): bird watching, pool, watching documentaries, gaming (cozy / life sim games), running / hiking and reading

I have no idea what else to put on this type of ad, kind of feels like I’m putting myself on Craigslist’s - both being uncharted and confusing waters for me 🤣
