24 year old professional seeking short term let

I am a 24 year old professional looking to rent a room in or around the Braintree area. I am a bubbly, friendly person but like to keep to myself sometimes.

I have just accepted an offer as a trainee psychological wellbeing practitioner with the Hertfordshire nhs trust. This job means for 1 year I will be working 3 days of the week in a mental health service then attending university lectures remotely for 2 days of the week to gain my professional qualification (I guarantee I won’t be partying or living any kind of student life though, those days are well and truly over for me).

I am not hoping to stay at the property too long as this will be a temporary home until my partner is able to find a job in the area and move down into a new property with me. He is actively looking so hopefully it won’t take too long but you never know with these things.

Off road parking would be preferable.
I am a non-smoker and have no pets.
