Easygoing and ready to move!

​I’m Nathan, and I work in Events. I’m on the lookout for a place a little closer to Central for an easier commute and a spot where I can really settle in long-term.

​I work standard hours with a hybrid schedule. On my WFH days, I’m very much a "tuck myself away in my room" type of worker, so I won't be taking over the communal dining table!

​I’d describe myself as a "balanced" housemate. I’m always up for a chat or a house movie night/drink, but I also really value my own downtime and fully respect everyone else's need for peace and quiet. I’m very easy-going and would love to find an LGBTQ+ friendly household, though it's definitely not a dealbreaker as long as the vibe is inclusive and chill.

​A few things about me:
​I’m very tidy (I actually find cleaning a bit therapeutic!) and I take pride in keeping communal spaces looking nice. In my free time, I’m usually gaming (with a headset!), catching up on films, or listening to music. I’m a "bills paid on day one" kind of person and very drama-free. ​I'm looking for a similar relaxed vibe in a home. If you think I’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
