I'm Nic and I'm looking for a new flat to move into during the summer. I have a budget of around 800£ a month (flexible). I am a sociable and friendly person, some of my big hobbies are music (guitar), gigs, gaming, gym and I like a good chat too. I'm looking to share with people who are friendly, clean and respectful who respect space but who wouldn't be opposed to the odd mid week dinner and chat. Not really interested in huge HMO houseshares as I prefer quieter evenings in the week.
I work for the NHS at QEUH but location isn't a deal breaker as I also drive. It's more about the right fit!
