Searching for accommodation

Hi! I’m Stuart, a 35-year-old single gay man looking for a comfortable room in the Hastings area to call home.
I’m sociable, friendly and easy to get along with, but I’m equally happy enjoying quiet, relaxed evenings at home. I really value a peaceful, respectful living environment where everyone feels comfortable doing their own thing — whether that’s chatting over a cuppa or switching off after a long day.
I love the outdoors and spend a lot of my free time walking, exploring the coast and countryside, and generally making the most of fresh air and nature. When I’m at home, I’m tidy, considerate, and treat the space with care — very much the “leave things as you’d hope to find them” type.
I’m looking for a place that feels like a home rather than just a room, ideally with a friendly live-in landlord or household where mutual respect and easy communication are important. I’m open-minded about the setup and happy to fit into an existing household routine.
