I'm looking to move from Copnor to Southsea in mid August 2024 and I’m looking for a buddy or a few to rent with under £800 ±£100 for all bills included if possible for me, a professional female tenant and a 4yo indoor (harness walked) cat. At least one year tenancy, preferably long term.
I'm an engineer turned project manager for a large company in a secure job. I've been a private tenant for 9 years.
I'm still pretty new to Portsmouth but I love to play badminton, board games and socialising amongst other things. I'm an open book, feel free to ask me anything.
I would like to meet and get to know each other before moving in together, hence my posting an ad early!
