Studio or 1 bed flat

I currently work in The West End as a manager of a bar/restaurant. I would like somewhere that is accessible to this location as I'm not keen on traveling too long if I finish late.
I currently live in Stoke Newington with a friend of 15 years, however, I now feel I should have a place away from him.
Some requirements I put are not essential apart from the washing machine. (There is no option for either/or)
I am also happy with Flatshare.
I am also quite a quiet person!
Oh, and you have to be LGBT+ or tolerant as I am gay!
