I'm James, I'm looking for a new room! Ideally only want to move into a place of two, max three people - ideally guys just personal preference.
I started working from home during COVID which is set to continue for a while so it would be great to find a place bigger than where I am now with room for a desk or use of shared living room. If your place has lots of space and near a park or has an outdoor area then its a no-brainer for me.
I'm pretty sociable and tend to be out and about as much as I can - running, cycling, gym. When I'm at home I'm pretty chill, tidy and clean etc. Im really into my music, have been DJing a bit in lockdown. Looking for flatmates with similar vibe!
I'm also open to flexible short term arrangements/sub lets/living the owner or landlord etc
It would be great to be able to have mates over from time to time but I'm not looking for mad party house either, somewhere in between the two if that exists
