Hello! Cornish looking for a friendly and quiet existing house share, self contained place or buddy-up.
Longer-term homely home if possible. I am currently focusing my search in Devon and East & West Sussex.
Looking for a place that has some outside space and ok with my Cornish Rex cat Nancy. She's very sweet, can be vocal and loves to be around humans (but she doesn't like most children). I'm sociable, quiet, considerate, love to have a laugh and like my down time.
My work is in health and wellbeing support, cleaning and companion gardening with the elderly. Once I have found the right place and people, I'll be looking for similar four/five days a week office hours (I can pay more than one month up front if required). I've a passion for community and growing organic food and flowers, so I'll be re-engaging and discovering new projects, as I have in Cornwall.
Budget of around £550 per month. Also open to a work-share arrangement which I've done previously.
Move-in August or September. I'm travelling for three weeks in September.
