23yr old Male looking for a house share

Hi, I'm looking for a room to rent. I have a budget of 500pm. I work full time and long shift work, so I'd prefer a house that doesn't throw a lot of gathering or parties.

I work in the city center, so I'd prefer to be in walking distance to work. However, I do have a car and would need parking. The plus side to that is I have no problem giving you lifts if you need to be somewhere, and if I'm available.

My partner currently lives in Spain, and I often will spend a week or so visiting her, when I can. In return, she will be visiting me for some weekends, so I hope that wouldn't be a problem. (This will not be often, as we both work full time)

I'm a very confident positive person, I'm clean and tidy, and very laid back. I always enjoy meeting new people. I'm very respectful, and I always try to be accommodating. When I'm not at work, I'm enjoying my hobbies. I meet with friends, on the odd occasion I might go out for drinks, but rarely. When I do, I'm always quiet and respectful, If I'm out until late.
