Friendly, easygoing & tidy 27yo looking for room

Hey! I’m Alex and I’m looking for a room to rent in a flatshare, or a buddy up with 1-2 other people that are also pretty easygoing and tidy.

I have an existing set of mates in London, but it would be great to hang out with housemates as well, very up for cooking dinners, watching movies, going on runs, or going for some drinks. Would be nice to become genuine friends with housemates. I do also like my own space, and having some evenings to chill out and not do too much would be a good set up. I usually WFH 2 days a week, but happy to be flexible.

I like watching/playing football, doing bjj, running, playing chess, surfing, playing drums (at a studio/practice room), hanging out with mates, going to the pub, eating good food, and watching films. I also enjoy a good night out, event, or festival every now and then as well.
