En-suite or studio wanted or good size room

Ideally a room on outskirts of exeter
Im 37 year old working male looking for ideally studio, bedsit, annexe or a doubleroom ensuite, i work, im clean tidy and just keep myself …dont mind doing jobs about the house if needed, parking is a must due to having a car, i dont mind pets if you have them

Id also consider a plot to put a small caravan on if somethings available.
