3 gals looking for a 4th to move to a shared house

We are 3 girls - Amaaya (24), Eisha (26) and Evie (22) - looking for another girl to move into a shared house with! We currently live together with two other people but we're trying to move out and would love for someone else to join us to split the cost :)

We're looking to move quite soon, and our budget is £700pcm each (one of us can be £750pcm if the room is nice enough), including bills, and we're looking for a place with (ideally) a garden/outside, parking (whether it be free or off-street), and preferably a 6-month + monthly rolling or similar x

We really value keeping things tidy and cosy — love a movie night, pub trip with some card games, or a bit of arts and crafts now and then, but also really value our own and each other's space when we need some solo time :))
