Looking for house share or buddy :)

Hello, I am friendly, respectful and tidy. I’m looking for a double room in a house share, preferably a ground floor room if possible. I drive so would need a parking space. Everything else that I’ve checked on my profile would be nice but isn’t an absolute necessity.
I work self employed as a dog walker. I like to spend my weekends out in nature if the weather permits or just chilling at home if not. I’m not much of a drinker anymore but I am happy to socialise sometimes. However I do like to mostly keep to myself. I also enjoy keeping active, spend a couple of evenings through the week at the gym.
