Sunny double from September 💐

Looking for a good sized double in a nice chill flat!
Have been in my current flat for years but the landlord has decided to sell - it’s been a while since I last looked for a place and I feel a lil rusty and am ready to be humbled but I’m no stranger to a spareroom special! Currently in Dalston and very keen to stay in and around the same area as it’s essentially part of my personality at this point
About me: I’m 29 and work as a fashion designer - hybrid but mostly in the office (usually wfh 1 day a week) and have been known to bring home a bag of samples from time to time (not that I condone bribery ofc) Interested in the usual - sunshine, charity shops, vintage, music, galleries, discourse around the dire state of dating apps, souvenir fridge magnets, general mooching about, reading, questionable reality tv, miscellaneous creative pursuits that I start and don’t finish, etc.
I’m after a chilled flat where everyone occasionally hangs out together but respects each other’s space (spareroom cliche lol ick) not looking for a party flat!
Super important to me to live with people with similar views and while I’m an occasional meat eater I’ve lived with veggies/vegans before.
Looking for a flat with max 3 other people and ideally some outside space, unfurnished preferable and date wise early-mid September but can be flexible/earlier for the right place! Have a view to stay long term so looking for a homely feel rather than just a flat - I come with many plants (hope you like pothos propagations) disco balls and mid century side tables 🫡
