Professional Male seeks a double room

My name is Luca 39 years old from Italy. I’m a professional working full time as a chef in a restaurant near Green Park.
I'm looking to find a spacious and comfy double room around the area of Tooting. My maximum budget included the bills is £1300 pcm.
I am friendly, sociable, laid back, clean and tidy person. I would like to live in a calm, tidy and friendly house where I can make new friends. I do love cook for myself and share a meal/glass of wine with my housemates too.
My hobbies are photography, reading, outdoors spaces, cooking, yoga and pilates, festivals, theatre and museum,
At the moment I’m living in Streatham with 2 other housemates and I’m looking for a more comfortable place. I don't feel comfortable to live there and I hope to find a better place to call home. The boyfriend of one the flatmate always stays over to sleeps multiple times a week without informing myself and the other flatmate and I’m not comfortable with that. This thing is been going for a while.
