Professional Male seeks a double room

My name is Luca 39 years old. I’m a professional working full time as a chef in a restaurant near Green Park.
I'm looking to find a spacious and comfy double room around the area of Tooting, Colliers Wood and Streatham.
I am friendly, sociable, laid back, clean and tidy person. I would like to live in a calm, tidy and friendly house where I can make new friends. I do love cook for myself and share a meal/glass of wine with my housemates too.
My maximum budget included the bills is £1300 pcm.
I’ve just move into a new place few ago near Tooting Bec but I’m not really enjoying stay there.
Firstly the landlord rented out one of 3 rooms of the house to a guy and quite often his wife and his daughter will be coming here for overseas to stay in these house for quite a bit. The landlord didn’t mention to me anything about that. Secondly since I moved here, the pressure of the water of the toilets doesn’t work properly: and she doesn’t want to fix straight away. Thirdly the mother of the landlord comes to check if we put outside the bins on Monday morning and also check if we keep clean the house of her daughter. For these reasons I don't feel very comfortable to live there anymore and I’m looking to find a more comfortable place to call home.
