I'm Harbi (He/Him), I work in the charity sector in Management. I am looking for a long term home and be closer to my work which is in old street area. I would like to be within 30 min walking distance, 20 min Cycle or bus ride max. Budget is £1200 with bills included.
I am easy going, well rounded, very tidy and considerate of others. I don't mind being social after work and grabbing a drink. At the same time I can be very focused and tend to be quite busy with various projects + goals that am currently working towards.
I really value privacy and independence in a home. I want to be part of a home that everyone is equal and shares the space well.
In the home, I always wash after myself and wipe down any surfaces. I do not wear shoes inside the house, so if you are the same then this a huge plus.
Currently I am working from home 2x a week.
Other information about me, I identify as gay and would prefer a LGBT friendly household.
