My friend and I are currently seeking a two-bedroom flat with ample living space and a well-appointed bathroom. We are prepared to move at the earliest convenience, although we remain flexible regarding the moving date.

I am employed in the digital marketing sector and work predominantly from home, while my friend is in sales. We are both quiet and responsible tenants, able to provide proof of income and references as required.
