25yr old woman seeks spacious double room asap

I'm looking for flatmates to share a friendly house with in central Newcastle/Gateshead. I'm starting a history PhD at Northumbria uni in October, so I'm looking to move as soon as possible. I'd be happy to live with students or professionals of any gender - queer household preferred, but not necessary! I'd like to have a larger room if possible, and would adore a garden. I've lived in shared houses for six years, so feel free to ask for references :)
