Couple looking for an ensuite

We're a couple (student and professional) looking for a room to rent or to find a potential buddy up. We would like to live with people who are clean and tidy. As we both work/study from home we value peace and quiet during the days and will keep the apartment tidy and assume our future flatmate will as well. But we enjoy socializing and would love to grab a pint every now and then at the pub or perhaps at a board game bar. It would be great if we not only found a new place to stay, but friends as well!
