Looking for another professional to buddy up with and create a comfortable, respectful home together.

A bit about me: I work full-time Monday to Friday as a civil servant, with hybrid working, and I’m also studying for a second degree part-time. I’m very independent, creative, and easy to live with. I drive, have a modest income, and I’m at a stage where I’d really value moving on from HMO living and finding somewhere that feels more like home.

I’d love to share with someone similar in terms of lifestyle and outlook — ideally another professional who is respectful, reliable, and looking for a calm, clean, settled household rather than a party house. I don’t smoke or drink, and I’m not comfortable with drugs in the home.

I love dogs, although I do not currently have one.
