Creative Professional seeking a short /long stay.

Hello.

I hope this finds you well, I'm currently looking for temporary accommodation while I search for a long-term home, wither this be for a few weeks or few months. I'm interested in Meanwood and Roundhay area specfically due to it greener spaces but I am open to other spaces in Leeds.

I'm a 34-year-old freelance dance facilitator and artist.
I am open to studios feel free to reach me to discuss any opportunities that you may have.

As a tenant, I pride myself on being tidy, respectful, and considerate of shared spaces. I lead a fairly quiet lifestyle, though I do enjoy occasional weekend visits with friends or volunteering on Saturdays.
I love reading about gardening and hope to be able to get an allotment one day or have a space to grow herbs.
I love good coffee /herbal teas, eco friendly as much as I can be, clean, tidy, organise and respectful of others space.

I'm a super clean and tidy person, love plants in my room and very respectful in the communal areas regarding space.
I am financially independent, reliable, and would make an excellent short-term lodger for the right household.
