Student looking for a single or double room

Hi! I'm Pavel, a young professional currently looking for a room to rent.

I've recently graduated and am now fully committed to work and my career. I'm clean, easy-going, respectful, and enjoy a good balance between being social and having quiet time.
I'm flexible with location and open to different areas, but would prefer somewhere around the city centre (Ancoats, New Islington...) or Victoria Park.
Ideally looking for a friendly, relaxed household, whether that's a shared flat or house, with like-minded people (young professionals, postgrads, or anyone easy to get along with).

Looking to move on the from the beginning to mid-August, and my budget is around 750 pcm (incl. bills), though I can be a little flexible for the right place.
