Young professional looking for room in houseshare

Hey, I'm Nish, 30 and currently looking for a place to call home.

I work as an analyst with about 60% from home. In my free time I'm into playing and writing music and keeping active with hiking/yoga/calistenics. I also like the odd sauna trip and surf!

I'm somewhat equal parts introverted and extroverted and would like to be in a space where there are shared plans but also space for each person to do their own thing. I enjoy checking out live music, comedy and a big fan of artsy films.

I value honest and open communication and would like to live somewhere that feels like a community rather than just an economic necessity!

I'm fairly neat tidy and happy to pitch in to do my part but also like the idea of sharing the cost of a cleaner to keep communal spaces stress free. I'm also fluent in Spanish and would love to keep it up to scratch.

I prefer areas areas like Easton, St Werbs, Montpelier, Southville, St George - generally near to the centre is great. I travel a lot by bicyle (providing I don't give into to my temptation to buy a motorbike...), so bike storage is a must.

Aiming to spend around 700pm but can stretch it for the right place.
