Young full-time professional looking for a room

Hi!

I'm Maria (Swedish, 23), and I looking for a room to move into for a year in September. I work full time at UCL, and I enjoy playing tennis, martial arts, and going to the cinema. I love watching everything from independent arthouse movies to marvel.

I have many years experience of flat sharing and renting. So I have learnt how to keep the symbiosis in the house and respect my living environment, especially shared spaces. I am clean and tidy, and I like to be social with my flatmates, but also to chill on my own.

My budget lies between max 800 - 900 excluding bills. I am particularly keen on East and South London, but I am open to every in London.
