Young Professional seeking spacious, homely flat

I have just finished my Masters in Forensic Psychology and am currently employed full-time in a hospital. I'm searching for a flat-share in Canterbury, preferably somewhere central. My maximum budget for rent per month is £550 including bills.

I am clean, courteous and very sociable, and would love to find similar flatmates. I love sports, the outdoors and do a lot of climbing, as well as CrossFit. I also like to cook (will cook prospective flatmates tasty meals!), and I bake a mean soda bread. I have a lot of plants, and like to keep a cosy home. I'm a non-smoker, but don't take issue with flatmates smoking outdoors. I don't currently have any pets, but love animals and am happy to live with a doggo.

As I work full-time, mainly 12 hour shifts, including nights, I would prefer a relatively quiet household with other working individuals/mature students. I love to chat and have a laugh, and would like flatmates that I can get on with, so very quiet people probably wouldn't be a good match!

I do enjoy a night out, but would not want to live in a flat with constant house parties or noise, due to work.

A clean flat with a garden/patio would be ideal, particularly with warm, friendly and honest housemates.
