Prof retired homosexual gentleman for room Hove

I am looking for furnished accommodation in Hove/Brighton or nearby. I drive so I am flexible. I have two amazing dogs with me. They are very sedate and friendly Female Yorkshire terriers. They are very well-behaved and are not real barkers. They are well-trained and love the great outdoors. I can share their names at a later stage. They belonged to my deceased mother.

I would like to travel to Brighton via Gatwick and see no more than 3 possible housing arrangements. What is important to me is to talk or WhatsApp with the housemate to see if one shares similar values and hopes for a successful share. I would hope to travel to Brighton for 2 nights to view properties and enjoy the buzz from August 14th. I would not be travelling with the dogs. I am a professional looking for a quiet comfortable bedroom . I would describe myself as a university -educated considerate friendly open-minded reserved individual. I recently retired on health grounds but I am ready to start a new career that involves my different skill-sets. I would like part-time project work in the field of PR and communications. I enjoy contact with the public. I enjoy communicating with friendly people. Thanks to my dogs I meet a variety of people.

I am very focused when it comes to work and since retiring from teaching I have undertaken some very busy projects that involve long hours. I break the work up and look forward to walks with the dogs and cooking nice food as a treat. I am a foodie who badly needs to shope up. To relax I like a nice glass of wine as a treat or a very tasty beer. I am an ex-smoker and enjoy spending time in the company of people who smoke too. My visitors who enjoy a cigarette have seats and cover In my garden. I still refrain from smoking as that is part of my past.

I would love to live with honest direct friendly non-judgemental people. I am homosexual and would be very relaxed in a homosexual or homosexual-friendly household.

I adore flowers but can not keep up with my garden. I love roses and scented flowers. I wish I had more time to dedicate to the garden. A house offering a garden would be delightful.

I am happy to pay a fair price and it would be great to find an all inclusive package. I am keen to see if Brighton/Hove and the general area would work well for myself and the dogs. The dogs have had very little sea in their lives so far. I am sure that they would love the beach. The sea would fascinate them most likely
