Looking for double room, buddy ups or housemates

Hello :)

I am Tara, I'm 32 working in the Telecommunications industry. Currently working from home with everything going on.

I am looking for a double room in a flat / house of 2-3 people or even share with a friendly person from September. My budget is £650 willing to up it abit if necessary.

Ideally I'd like to situated in East London, Leytonstone/walthamstow/hackney area, however I am pretty open to moving elsewhere if I find the right people and transport links are decent.

I would love to find a place with a nice living room and kitchen with friendly flat/housemates who like to catch up about their day over tea / vino /dinner. I am respectful and understanding with having a good balance of privacy when needed.

I would like to call a place home with a few plants dotted about sharing somewhere with people who have warm energy and good vibes who like to do their own thing but enjoy living together.
