Rolling / Short term let - Bills included if Poss

Hi There

We are Casey and Matt both mates from New Zealand in our early 30’s and are looking for a 2 Bed flat for 5 Months from Mid July ( Flexible ) till the end of November.

We are both full time employed with references available on request. Matt Is a builder and owns his own building company in South West London and I (Casey) am a senior architect at Sheppard Robson currently working from home but before lock down was working from Camden.

We are quiet, easy going and reliable. I have my own home in NZ which has tenants, so I always understand the respect and care required when living in someone else’s property.

Preference for whole property - can pay deposit and rent in advance. Pretty open to area but ideally around Clapham common / Battersea park etc. Would be good to be near some green space for the summer and preferably not on a high st etc. Matt also has a work van so parking would also be a plus.
