Young professional seeking house share

We are a young professional couple looking for an ensuite room in central Northampton, ideally close to the racecourse. Furnished is preffered, as well as a washing machine. I will be working early mornings so would prefer to share with a similar age range. We are very easy going houseproud people, happy to have a few drinks of a weekend and generally well kept and tidy!
