~ Reserved & Quiet Place

~ I tend to be quite reserved but I'm a friendly, easy-going, very kind/genuine person. I'm also a natural born team player and I'm looking for a place where to live around Aberdeen/Edinburgh.

I'm an early bird. I don't drink at all and I barely go out at night despite being a food & beverages romantic.

The place I'm looking for, ideally, would be for three persons tops, and as close to nature as possible, so the city outskirts or a small town/village would suit me better.

A live-in landlady is my top preference but I'm up to consider other sorts of households.

I have been through hell in England when it comes to housing, so I have just decided to move to Scotland, and I'm not moving a finger' until I'm sure the household and the people living there are up to my standards, regardless of their social status/qualifications.

Moreover, there's agencies misinforming the public when it comes to the housing allowances that people on benefits get, plus the personal allowance and some other types of allowances, because some of the agents, due to the lack of training, don't really know how to get to the real numbers.

There's something else called savings, that I do have, that by the looks of it lot's of people aren't aware about, so the budget that shows on my advert is also negotiable depending on the region, which also dictates the housing allowance recipients of benefits get.

I'm not working at the moment because I'm still healing after pushing myself too hard for too long and not being able to get proper health care assistance but I can get a job as soon as I want to.
To be honest I have been forced to refuse job interviews/offers due to the poor housing conditions I have been experiencing. My plan is to continue my studies and work full-time as soon as possible.

A valid tenancy agreement is mandatory, so everyone is protected by law.

I'm not being pretentious, just overconfident and my landlords, past and present, will come forward for me if needed to back me up on every single word I say.
