I am very clean and organised: I am bringing with me a robot vacuum cleaner, high-tech kitchen appliances (which I would be willing to share) and a whole suite of Phillips Hue smart WiFi bulbs. I can bring home broadband, too.
I am a mature physics graduate student whose finished year 1 of their MSc and onto their 2nd. Not a home-body, spend a lot of time outdoors, & dance.
Interested in small arrangements, anywhere from 2 to max. 4 persons combined in the home. Ideally part-furnished.
