Quiet Tidy Female seeking Ensuite Room/Studio

Hi there all, my name is Daisy, I am a 36 year old non-smoking single female with proof of regular monthly income and lots of positive references from previous landlords and employers.

I am very tidy and clean, quiet, friendly but not intrusive, repectful and used to house-sharing. I am a very good housemate, I would usually be at work or out doing stuff during the day but due to recent illness ( can provide evidence, non-contagious!) I would be in my room quite a bit until I recover.

I am temporarily on Universal Credit as I am currently subject to Fit Notes, I am receiving the full amount however which is garunteed to cover the rent and bills. I'm happy to provide evidence of this, a deposit, and positive references, as mentioned earlier. I am going to get back to full time work as soon as I am better. My occupation is a Professional Housekeeper.

If you really wanted peace of mind, I could potentially look into asking someone to be a guarantor.

I don't drink or smoke and the rent is never late......but I am also happy to share the occasional meal, joke or conversation, and be a friendly face!

I enjoy peaceful pursuits in my free time such as exploring, cooking ( and eating), reading, writing, hiking, travel, fitness, culture, film, and comedy.

I am ideally looking for an ensuite room ( or small studio) with most bills included, around £900 pcm max. in any area of London ( north would be ideal), and I am available to move in from next month, 10/06/2026.

I am currently living in Maida Vale, and am only moving due to affordability as I am currently living alone in a large (and expensive!) one bedroom flat. My tenancy notice is up 16/6/2026 but would like to move in to my new home a week or so before my notice is up to do end of tenancy deep clean, furniture selling ect.

I would consider a part time care companion/housekeeper situation in exchange for reduced rent.
