29yr old professional/SE London

Hi!
Originally from Leicester lived in SE London for 5 years. Looking for a place after travelling, ideally from mid May, but can be flexible.
My budget is £750-800 pcm, preferably furnished with 2/3 others.
I work for the council, which works out about 2/3 days wfh. Good transport links would be preferred as I also travel around London for work.

I'm a sociable, friendly person, who is looking for a nice and comfortable space. I do my share of cleaning and am respectful of others. I'm also happy to spend a weekday in, having a quiet one. But also have my own things going on.
I love to cook, having friends over for dinner, as well as reading, watching films and Tv, and running. I’m also really into gardening! And will have a lot of plants to decorate the house with.
Happier with a smaller room if the communal areas are big enough and we’re not on top of each other.
