Looking for professional houseshare

Hi!
I'm 24, soon to be working in Letchworth in IT management starting 01/09 and looking a professional house-share in the surrounding areas.
My budget is up to £700pcm with utility bills included and would like to have a good kitchen.

I'm a musician, love cooking, into fitness and I practice Tai-chi and Qigong.

I am allergic to cats and dogs so would rather not live in a pet household, sorry. I do love animals though.

I'm pretty chilled out and like to make a place feel like home where we can relax in the evenings.

I can also offer damn good home-cooked meals (including fresh bread and homemade pizza - see pictures) as I've worked as a Chef previously!!
