Professional looking for Double Room

Hi, I’m 33 and work in finance.

I’m looking for a room in a friendly, easy-going house that’s more of a home than just somewhere to sleep.

I’m pretty laid-back, tidy, and respectful of other people’s space. Outside of work, I spend a lot of time at the gym, follow most sports, and enjoy cooking (so you’ll occasionally benefit from me making too much food).
I’m usually up for a chat, watching a game, or the odd trip to the pub, but I also appreciate having my own space and quiet time. Just looking for a good atmosphere with people who are considerate and easy to get along with.
