Friendly art history post-grad looking for room

Hey, my name is Esme, I'm 24 years old and I'm starting an art history Masters in September, so I'm looking to move to London around the end of August/start of September.

I am sociable and friendly, but I also enjoy my own space/time alone to unwind, and am looking for flatmates who feel the same way! That being said, creating a communal and warm environment would be super important.

My budget is £600 (preferably less, and including bills). I love animals, so sharing a flat with pets is absolutely fine! I am vegetarian, and am also looking for an LGBT+ friendly household.

I am a singer/song-writer and I play guitar, so ideally I'd love to find flatmates who didn't mind me practicing - obviously at reasonable hours! I get that especially if we're working from home then practicing music would be less often/at an agreed time.

I also love painting and drawing, linocut printing, visiting art galleries, trips to the pub (until recently I was actually working at a local pub), running, yoga and socialising with friends.
