2 Bed 2 Bath Flat near Elephant and Castle Wanted

My friend and I are both female students going to London College of Communication, we want to find a 2 bed 2 bath flat within walkable distance (less than 1km, around 10 minutes walk) to London College of Communication, which is near Elephant and Castle station. We won’t consider if the room isn’t within the distance. We want to rent from 4 Oct with tenancy length of 9 months. We both are clean, do not smoke or drink and have no pets.
