Our Total Budget is £1300 PCM depends on conditions like if we are sharing kitchen, toilet, and rest of the areas we are okay with until £850 PCM, if its ensuite room with shared kitchen and living room that would be £1000 PCM and finally for whole without bills we can stretch up to £1300 PCM
