I’m looking for a likeminded person to buddy up with to find a 2 person new build (ideally with a with a gym) and good amenities close by- areas I’ve been looking at are around Stratford East Village and Hackney Wick.
The prices I’ve seen range from £2600-£2800.
I’m a social & active person - love Pilates classes and running, also a lover of reality TV and sushi! Looking to get on well with my flatmates so we can watch tv series, films together, but also have other friends in London so understanding of people doing their own thing.
Wanting to also create a welcoming, clean, friendly house that is not a party house as will be working quite hard in the week.
