Design Student searching for a social flat share

I´m 24 years old and I´m going to study MA Design Products at RCA. I´m looking for a room in an existing flat share or mates to found a flat share or to share a house. I'm very open about the area. However, the RCA Kensington campus should be reachable in 40min by bike or public transportation. My maximum budget is approx. £ 750 and I plan to move between August and mid-September.
I´m looking for flat mates of any gender who also want to be friends. I´m always ready for any activity and very open to spend time together, have nice talks or have a night out. However, I will also put a lot of time in my studies. I will keep my things organized and the apartment clean. I would say I´m a rather calm person and it´s really easy to get along with me. My experience with shared flats has always been good and I am sure that this will also be the case in London.
