PhD Scholar looking for accommodation

I am Sidra Idrees and I am a PhD scholar at University of Edinburgh starting September. I am looking for a preferably one bedroom, independent flat. I am a disciplined tenant, who is friendly and empathetic and hence takes cares of the deadlines and the rules set up by the owners. I am flexible, friendly and accommodating.
