I have money for several months rent upfront and some character references and one reference from a previous housemate should you wish to see them.

I just need someone to give me a chance! Life has a funny want of testing us and I hope someone will see that I am a good tenant too! People are too quick to judge when I say that I have to claim housing benefit to afford the full rent as I am not currently working due to health issues. I am happy to answer any questions you may have, but please don’t judge me!

I am very happy to clean and housekeep if help is needed and will obviously do my share.

Village or rural location preferably but know I can’t be too fussy and I need to find someone to accept housing benefit.
