26yr old female professional looking for room

Hi! I’m a sustainability consultant working in Fitzrovia (in the office around 2–3 days a week). I’m looking for a clean and tidy space to call home from around the 29th of April x

I’m super clean and quite a minimalist — I keep shared spaces tidy (especially the kitchen!), don’t wear shoes indoors, and I’m respectful of people’s space and routines. I enjoy a cosy night in with a home-cooked meal or a film, but I’m also out and about most weekends playing social sports (padel / pickleball) or trying new brunch spots with friends. Love the occasional night out if there`s a really good event happening x

I’m sociable and easy-going and get on well with most people. If you have a cat, I can catsit for you I have plenty of experience on that front!

My budget is up to ~£1,200 pcm including bills (ideally closer to 1k)

I`m looking at places that are within a 45 minute commute to my office near Tottenham Court road so ideally zone 1 or 2.
