Like the title says, looking for buddy up to rent a house together as my friend has let me down. I come with a full house of furniture and a cute well trained cat called Jasper. (Jasper dribbles when he gets attention, only bad thing about him 😂.)
Max rent can be £900 PCM, I’m a full time worker. I also like to game on my PC. Max monthly bills (for whole house!) I want to share to pay is under £1,100 total as I’m currently paying £2,220. (Extortion)
The available date is the 18th Sept, that’s when I’d like to move in and start getting stuff out of my current house, however I’d be back and forth between Leeds & Oxford until the 2nd October.
Respectfully I refuse to live with someone that doesn’t take care of their hygiene and doesn’t clean up after theirselves.
Looking for someone clean, doesn’t mind cat/smoker (I’m working on quitting however), and doesn’t mind the gaming.
