Hi, I’m Arjun, a full-time Finance Associate for a bank. I currently live in Glasgow but have been approved to work from home, so I’m looking to move to Edinburgh or nearby areas.

I’m looking for a clean, peaceful room in a home with a relaxed atmosphere , ideally not a large or busy multi-occupancy house. Good transport links, nearby shops and gym would be a bonus.
I’m available from 25 August and need to move out by 28 August, so an earlier move-in would be appreciated.

I’m tidy, reliable with rent and bills, and have six years of positive rental history with strong landlord references. I’m vegetarian, enjoy cooking, and always keep shared spaces clean. I’m also happy to help with household cleaning where needed.

Outside work, I enjoy the gym, reading, hiking and weekend trips. I’m friendly and sociable, but value a quiet, well-kept home during the week.
