Professional Female seeks a single or double room

I am a professional female working at the University looking for a single or double room from late September. Ideally I'm looking for term time accommodation so for around 12 weeks from late September and 10 weeks from February (this could be in different places). I hope to bring my car and bike so would also need some parking and ideally secure bike storage. I will likely be working from home a couple of days a week and away for a couple of weekends during that period.
