Couple looking to rent

My husband (Alastair) and I (Catherine) are searching for a room to rent with our cat, Luna. Alastair and I are both working professionals and would like to find a place within walking distance of a bus stop or train station for that reason. We would prefer a place that has a shower, washing machine and a small closed-off garden (for Luna). We need a room that accommodates a double bed; a desk would be a plus! Both of us are very neat and tidy people; we don't smoke and we don't take recreational drugs. Luna is herself very clean (cats are incredibly fastidious) and you do not need to worry about her messing up furniture or carpets, etc. We are more than happy to send any interested landlord/lady a pet resume.
