Looking for a Lovely New Home

Hello 🙂, I’m Danny, 34, and I’m looking for a clean, calm and friendly house share in Guildford.

I’ll be moving at the end of September for work. I work full-time and also study part-time for my degree, so life is fairly busy, but in a good way. I do sometimes work away during the week too, so I’m not always around 🙏🏻

Alongside this, I spend some of my time involved in charity work, which is something that means a lot to me.

I’m respectful, tidy and considerate, and I really value a peaceful home. At the same time, I enjoy the occasional shared dinner or a glass of wine at the local, a nice balance of social and personal space.

I’m very reliable and easy to live with, and I’m happy to provide references from my current landlord and employer, as well as a deposit and up to three months’ rent in advance. I also hold a clean DBS check, which I’m happy to share if needed 🙏🏻
