Professional looking for a room/flat.

Hi, I’m Zack 🙂

I’m looking for a room or small flat in Central Brighton or Hove, ideally within walking distance of the Royal Sussex County Hospital, where I work as a nurse.

My budget is up to £1,060 per month, ideally including bills, although I’m open to discussing this depending on the property.

I work shifts at the hospital, including some long and unsociable hours, so I’m looking for a calm, clean and respectful home rather than a party house.

I’ve been house-sharing for around 10 years, so I’m very used to living with others, keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, and being considerate of the people I live with.

Outside of work, I enjoy running, the gym, yoga, cooking and exploring. I’m relaxed, friendly and down-to-earth, and I really value having a peaceful place to come home to.

I’m sober and a non-smoker. I also have an 11-year-old indoor cat called Fluffy 🐱. She has lived in rental properties with me throughout her life and is extremely friendly, cuddly and well-behaved. I’m happy to discuss an additional pet deposit/rent if required.

I can provide excellent references from previous landlords and would be happy to answer any questions or arrange a viewing.
