Professional looking for a room.

Hey,

I’m looking for a room in a shared house or a studio/annex. In the Hove, Central Brighton area. Budget is 800PCM all bills inc.

Working professional. I work in A&E in a major trauma centre, so I tend to be out the house for 13+ a day when on shift. I work days & nights.

I’m a social person, I don’t like to lock myself away from the household, however like to enjoy my own company from time to time.

I’m very clean & tidy, I actually enjoy cleaning lol!

I am sober. However I don’t have a problem with people drinking around me, However not into house parties. So I’m not looking for somewhere with Students!

I can provide references from previous landlords.
