Professional looking for a room/flat.

Hi there, I’m Zack.

I’m looking for a room or small flat in Central Brighton or Hove, ideally within walking distance of my workplace at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.

My budget is up to £960 per month, ideally including bills, but I’m open to discussing this further.

I work shift work at the hospital, including some unsociable hours, so I’m looking for a calm and tidy home rather than a party house.

I’ve been house-sharing for about 10 years, so I’m very accustomed to living respectfully with others and keeping shared spaces clean and organised.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring, the gym, yoga, holistic events and cooking. I’m relaxed, down-to-earth and value a peaceful home environment.

I’m sober, don’t smoke and have an 11-year-old indoor cat called Fluffy. She’s lived in rentals with me all her life and is extremely friendly, cuddly and well-behaved. I’m happy to pay a bit extra if necessary because of her.

I can provide excellent references from my previous landlords.
